SPINTECH Training Workshop

The two-day training workshop was held during 24-25 February. The IEEN participants  gained knowledge about the newest application of spintronics to the design and engineering of artificial neurons and artificial synapses. Notably, they listened to the following lectures:

• Prof. Anatolie Sidorenko (IEEN Chisinau, Moldova): “Artificial Superconducting Synapses based on superconductor-ferromagnet heterostructures fundamentals and fabrication”
  
• Dr. Igor Golovchanckiy (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology MIPT, Dolgoprudny): “Ferromagnet/Superconductor Hybrid Magnonic Metamaterials”
• Prof. Alexander Golubov, (University of Twente): "Basics of superconducting spintronics"
